The owner currently has decision authority. Scientific board formation, acceptance of appointments and editor-in-chief designation are pending. The intended scientific team will coordinate editorial review; no confirmed board endorsement is claimed.
Funding
Currently self-funded, with no current sponsors. Course fees are intended to support operations. Future sponsorship or laboratory relationships require scientific board decisions, disclosures, editorial independence and documented arrangements.
Planned review procedures
Independent review, contributor attribution and disclosure of relevant interests are required in the intended workflow. Reviewers should recuse themselves when a conflict compromises independence. These procedures do not establish completed appointments or reviews.
