IDENTITY PROFILE

CJC-1295 with DAC / con DAC

Peptide or peptide-related

Long-acting GHRH analogue. The DAC modification affects exposure and duration and must remain in the product and regimen identity.

Detailed molecular class: GHRH analogue

Supplied sequence or chemical reference

See identity note; no supplier sequence accepted as verification.

Commercial identity or variant awaiting clarification.

Mechanism

Long-acting albumin-binding GHRH analogue increases GH/IGF-1; GH pulsatility can persist.

Evidence and critical reading

Reported scientific and empirical uses

GH/IGF hormonal axis

Handbooks describe GH/IGF-1 elevation, body composition and recovery. These objectives have different support: raising a biomarker does not demonstrate strength gain, better sleep or longer life.

Human evidence

Two short randomized studies assessed pharmacology in healthy adults, not injury healing, longevity or a CJC/ipamorelin stack.

Preclinical evidence

Mechanistic GH-axis effects are not clinical outcome validation.

Critical reading and limitations

Short randomized pharmacology trials showed sustained GH/IGF-1 elevation in healthy adults. They do not establish sports outcomes, years of safety or efficacy of CJC+ipamorelin. These results must not be reused as evidence for the no-DAC compound.

Evidence applies to the exact molecule, formulation, route, population and endpoint studied. Supplier identity, purity and clinical equivalence are unverified.

Source-specific regimens

Descriptive source observations, not individual recommendations.

Regulatory product labeling

Listed regimens preserve source/context. An empty layer means no regimen attributable to this identity was verified in this review; it does not prove universal absence of data.

Human-study exposure

Listed regimens preserve source/context. An empty layer means no regimen attributable to this identity was verified in this review; it does not prove universal absence of data.

NOT A RECOMMENDATION.Each amount is attributed to the source identified for that entry: regulatory product labeling, human research, or community and practice sources. These source categories have different evidentiary roles. They are not medical advice, not a protocol, not a recommended or safe dose, and not evidence that it works. Do not use them to start, change or stop any treatment. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional.

Regulation and safety

Jurisdiction-specific regulatory context

Jurisdiction-specific approval not verified in this card; do not infer global nonapproval.

Adverse effects and unknowns

Limited clinical data; FDA reports tachycardia and systemic vasodilatory reactions. Attribution and incidence require full study assessment.

Contraindications

See supported safety statements and exact product label; a complete contraindication set has not been established for this catalog material.

A complete list must match the exact authorized product. For experimental materials without verified human labeling, a complete contraindication set is not established here. No list does not mean safety.

Interactions

Only explicitly cited interactions may be asserted; unstudied combinations remain unknown, not interaction-free.

Separate documented interaction, pharmacologic plausibility and unknown interaction. Absence of a blend trial does not establish compatibility.

Studies and trials

Selected studies

PMID16352683 · Randomized pharmacology trials

Healthy adults, ages 21–61.

Subcutaneous long-acting CJC.

Sustained GH and IGF-1 elevation.

Biomarkers; does not prove performance, longevity or the no-DAC compound.

PMID17018654 · Human pharmacology

Healthy men, ages 20–40.

Single administration; subsequent GH measurements.

Basal/mean GH increased with preserved pulsatility.

Does not support universal abolition of pulses by DAC; not a sports-benefit trial.
