The proposed Community Observation Program
A transparent development roadmap, with collection status visible.
Editorial draft; scientific and translation review pending.
Current status
The program is in design. No registry enrollment or health-data submission is active. Public pages describe the questions, planned fields and governance work; the demonstration uses synthetic examples. No participant count, investigator appointment or ethics approval is implied.
First scientific objectives
Begin with documentation feasibility: can people consistently identify the material, route, timing, concurrent changes, intended outcome and follow-up? A later condition-specific cohort could examine routine-care outcomes with validated instruments. Treatment choice remains independent of the program.
Before collection opens
The protocol needs an accountable sponsor/controller, qualified investigators, jurisdiction-specific ethics and privacy determinations, consent, data-security and retention arrangements, adverse-event handling and an analysis plan. The current inactive institutional contact cannot be presented as a monitored reporting channel. Publication and research activation are separate decisions.
