Methods, Privacy and ConsentHow professional cases are documented
Local identity stays off-site
No names, medical record numbers, documents, licenses, addresses or dates of birth. Identity-to-code mapping stays at your institution.
Individual authorization
The professional’s adult declaration does not substitute for the patient’s. Consent and outcomes are not copied between cases.
Separate provenance
Professional cases and self-reports are not automatically linked or counted as verified distinct people.

Imports and case linking require individual validation and documented operating conditions.
