Methods

Methods
TopicCurrent method
DesignA questionnaire-based observational self-report registry open to all goals and products. No assignment, no control group, no placebo. People who choose to take part do not represent everyone who uses these products.
Units of analysisParticipants, baseline reports, follow-ups, exposure records (one per ingredient) and answered questions are counted separately. Multiple exposures are not multiple participants.
Age and countryAn optional broad age band and country (two-letter code) are asked only to describe who responded; never an exact date of birth.
MeasuresSelf-ratings from 0 to 10 are generic and unvalidated. We use no licensed scales, compute no instrument scores, and do not convert or pool incompatible units. Each measurement records provenance: written down at the time, recalled, or unavailable.
Follow-upDirection (improved / unchanged / worse / not comparable / unknown) is reported only against the same measure. Stopping or changing a product is recorded separately from symptom direction. Adverse experiences record severity and seriousness separately; "none noticed", "did not track" and "unknown" are distinct and missing answers are never counted as no event. No causality is assigned.
Prespecified analysisDescriptive counts by reviewed dimensions, with explicit denominators, missingness, provenance and follow-up direction. Descriptive reported-dose and schedule distributions require compatible units, route and formulation, review and suppression; they are not recommended doses. No efficacy comparisons, rankings, calculators or supplier views. Onset, assessment time and duration are distinct fields. Current analysis version: CPR-A-1.1-2026-10-16; new views require their own versioned definition.
Disclosure checksCounts from 1 to 4 are suppressed (configurable threshold k = 5, prespecified per release). Dimensions are non-additive to limit complementary deduction. No threshold guarantees anonymity; each release needs a written disclosure review before publication. Withdrawn participants are excluded from future releases.
Corrections, withdrawal and freshnessEpisodes (a baseline and its follow-ups) with any participant correction are excluded from releases and counted as exclusions. Withdrawn or deleted participants are excluded from future releases. A release cannot be reviewed or published if its source data changed after preparation; it must be prepared again.
Identity of ingredientsEach mixture component is a separate exact ingredient (e.g. Semax and Selank; CJC-1295 with DAC vs modified GRF 1-29; full thymosin β4 vs a TB-500 fragment), or explicitly unresolved/unknown. Seller labels do not establish a sequence. Community profile names are optional context only.
Legal referenceMexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP, consolidated text, latest reform 14 Nov 2025: https://www.diputados.gob.mx/LeyesBiblio/pdf/LFPDPPP.pdf): express written consent for sensitive data (art. 8), privacy-notice content (art. 15) and a request-handling person or department (art. 29). Citing it is not a certification of compliance.

What this is
A community observational registry operated by the Peptide Americas website team. It documents exposures to peptides or related compounds that adults have already chosen independently, and what they notice. It is not a clinical trial, assigns nothing and does not recommend starting, continuing or stopping anything.
What we store
Your self-reported health and exposure answers, linked to your account through a private participant ID (pseudonymized, not anonymous). The registry asks for no name, date of birth, address, documents or photos. Version, language and server time of each consent and submission are recorded.
How it is used
Only for reviewed aggregate summaries published on this website, with small-cell suppression rules. We never publish individual rows, free-text quotes or identifiers. Results describe respondents; they do not show treatment effects or population frequencies. Any future research re-use stays within this consent; uses beyond its scope will require re-consent where necessary.
Risks and benefits
Participation is voluntary. The main risk is privacy: pseudonymized health data could be exposed in a security incident or, in very small groups, inferred. There is no guaranteed benefit and no medical care. This is not an emergency or clinical monitoring service and the team does not continuously monitor reports. In an urgent situation, seek local emergency care.
Responsible party and purposes
Responsible party (data controller): Quo Vadis, domiciled at Pedregal 1000, Mexico City, Mexico. Purposes: (1) operating the registry and your private dashboard; (2) preparing reviewed aggregate summaries for this website; (3) answering your requests. Registry data is not used for advertising, newsletters or the Academy. Health data is sensitive personal data: we process it only with your express written consent, given through your authenticated, email-confirmed account and this unticked box (version CPR-C-1.1-2026-10-16).
Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition), withdrawal and deletion
Requests are handled by the Peptide Americas website team through the help channel in "My record" (the planned info@ address is not active). Access: download your structured data in "My record". Rectification: add a correction; the original is kept with history. Withdrawing consent: immediate; no further submissions are accepted and you are excluded from future releases; your reports are kept until you ask to delete them. Cancellation: "Delete my data" removes your reports and the text of your help requests and team replies; a minimal non-clinical consent/withdrawal/deletion history is kept. Already-published aggregates cannot necessarily be retracted at the individual level. We do not promise purging of provider backups. No automatic retention period: data stays until you delete it or the registry is closed.
Providers, location and status
Website hosting by Lovable; database and sign-in on Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase infrastructure with the database hosted in the US East (Northern Virginia) region, United States — not in Mexico. Provider support or operational processing may take place elsewhere. Collection stays closed until hosting-provider permission for sensitive health data is documented. This is not a legal-compliance certification. Ethics review: Not reviewed by an independent ethics committee or IRB. No exemption has been determined. Consent version: CPR-C-1.1-2026-10-16.

Not an emergency or clinical monitoring service. In an urgent situation, seek local emergency care.
