All Topics and Compounds

Editorial context from existing sources; independent scientific review pending. Numerical findings held. A reported-use topic does not establish direct evidence for that aim.

24 educational profiles; not participants

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The cited work includes mouse experiments. It does not establish the guide’s human dosing, cognitive benefits or longevity outcomes.

Putting a compound in a peptide book does not change its chemical class or confer clinical evidence. Combination claims require their own evaluation.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The FDA review describes Tyr-hGH(177–191) and unsuccessful obesity evidence, including a large randomized study. The clinical findings should remain visible beside the mechanism.

Food-use GRAS context does not constitute injectable drug approval. Oral-study results cannot establish the effectiveness or safety of a different injected regimen.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

BPC-157 remains experimental. Small uncontrolled human reports describe symptom improvement after knee-joint or bladder-wall administration, and a two-person intravenous pilot reported no adverse effects during brief observation. These findings do not establish tendon or cartilage regeneration, faster recovery, superiority to established treatment, or long-term safety. Older rectal studies reported at abstract level and newer trial registrations do not close those evidence gaps. Findings must remain specific to the molecule, formulation, route, population and outcome studied. Reported pain relief does not demonstrate structural repair, and the small BPC-157/TB4 subgroup does not establish combination synergy or equivalence to commercial TB-500 products. Scientific/expert review pending.

Pain improvement does not demonstrate regenerated cartilage or tendon healing. Short observation of two people cannot establish uncommon or delayed harms, and ingredient reports do not establish stack superiority.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The US Vyleesi label concerns a specific form of acquired generalized low desire in premenopausal women. That is not approval for men or every sexual complaint.

Blood-pressure effects and labeled cardiovascular restrictions are material. A positive result for the authorized product does not establish a community stack or another preparation.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

Human long-acting CJC-1295 studies measured hormone exposure. A human pulsatility study does not support the simple claim that DAC abolishes GH pulses.

Those studies do not validate every product marketed as CJC without DAC or a nightly community combination. Higher GH/IGF-1 is not itself better sleep or injury recovery.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

Dihexa is an experimental peptidomimetic studied in laboratory and animal models. A key 2014 HGF/c-Met mechanism paper was retracted in 2025; the separate 2013 discovery study carries a 2021 notice of concern. Other animal studies report model-dependent findings, including benefits in some memory tasks and a negative result in a rat model of Huntington-like disease. Additional preclinical work supports investigation of HGF/MET involvement, but the sources reviewed do not establish cognitive benefit, safety, or a validated dosing regimen in people. Laboratory potency comparisons must not be presented as proof of clinical superiority over BDNF. Scientific/expert review pending.

Claims that relied on that paper need independent confirmation. The retraction does not establish that every possible claim about Dihexa is false, and it does not supply human efficacy or safety evidence either.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

A small double-blind insomnia study found limited selective effects rather than a major overall benefit.

This evidence does not validate long-term combination cycles or a universal sleep-restoration claim. Subjective sleep and measured sleep outcomes should remain separate.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

Forzinity received a narrow US accelerated approval in 2025 for muscle strength in Barth syndrome in patients meeting the labeled weight threshold.

The small study and approval conditions matter. This is not approval for general fatigue, anti-aging, athletic optimization or every research-grade SS-31 vial. FDA’s trial snapshot reports that the randomized primary endpoints were not superior to placebo; strength increases were observed during the extension.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

Cellular studies, including work involving normal and cancer-cell contexts, require model-specific interpretation. Cells of human origin do not make a study a clinical trial.

No human lifespan benefit follows from these experiments. One source also misnames a residue; sequence identity must be checked before evidence is transferred.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The audit found a heterogeneous evidence base and a critical route-transfer problem. Cosmetic or laboratory findings must retain their exact intervention and endpoints.

Do not describe systemic injection as established on the strength of topical observations. The same caution applies to efficacy and safety of fixed mixtures.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

Evidence for ingredients is heterogeneous and does not automatically establish the exact mixture’s efficacy, stability or safety.

Total mass per vial is not a per-application dose. In a fixed mixture, changing the withdrawn volume changes every component’s quantity together.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The audited mechanistic work is preclinical. Human associations, where discussed, are not trials of the guide’s injection regimen.

The source’s dose summaries are internally inconsistent. Do not resolve the conflict by choosing the more familiar number or averaging the tables.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

A controlled postoperative intravenous study did not demonstrate significance for its key meal-tolerance endpoint. Its population, route and purpose differ from community recovery use.

A negative result in that indication does not prove universal inactivity. It also does not validate subcutaneous performance stacks. One source contains an apparent dose-unit error that must not be silently corrected.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

PepT1-related cellular and mouse-colitis experiments provide preclinical evidence. The FDA assessment did not identify clinical human studies in its reviewed evidence.

Animal colitis improvement does not establish human Crohn disease treatment, a safe injection schedule or clinical efficacy of a gut stack.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

A controlled topical leg-ulcer trial did not show overall benefit; exploratory findings in larger ulcers do not replace its main result.

Topical research cannot establish injected antibiofilm efficacy. Site, concentration, formulation and exposure matter to both benefit and harm.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

An afamelanotide product has a narrow approved context. TGA testing of a small set of melanotan sprays found content inconsistent with labels.

Do not transfer afamelanotide approval to melanotan II or interpret increased pigmentation as sunscreen protection. A targeted testing sample is not a market-wide prevalence estimate.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

Controlled trials support specific incretin or investigational multi-agonist interventions. Retatrutide has phase 3 evidence, which does not validate these informal stacks.

Do not rank combinations by isolated weight-loss percentages from different trials. Lean mass, muscle strength, fatigue and weight are different outcomes.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

Important findings include experimental models and human exercise-related observations. These do not validate the book’s repeated injection cycle in healthy users.

Do not infer improved performance, long-term metabolic benefit or longevity from a pathway diagram or circulating peptide association.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

PNC-27 is an experimental peptide with reported anticancer activity in cell studies and mouse leukemia models. These findings do not establish effectiveness or safety in people, or a validated human dosing regimen. Selectivity depends on the experimental system and should not be interpreted as proof that normal human tissues are spared. Scientific/expert review pending.

Do not reuse those numbers or present a community cancer protocol as validated treatment. The error cannot be repaired by guessing what the author intended.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The audit located limited, context-specific human and experimental evidence. Study quality, population and accessibility of full methods constrain broad conclusions.

Do not describe all cognitive or anxiety uses as clinically established, or claim that nasal delivery makes safety questions disappear.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The FDA scientific assessment distinguishes TB-500-related substances from full-length thymosin beta-4. A topical ocular trial of the latter does not test injected vendor TB-500.

The ocular trial’s primary endpoints were not positive, despite some secondary findings. Neither those findings nor laboratory data establish systemic repair-stack effectiveness.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

An approved US product context concerns excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Product versions have specific labeling and handling instructions.

The approved population and endpoint cannot be transferred to healthy athletic users. WR/SV presentation differences also defeat universal reconstitution and storage rules.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

The large TESTS sepsis trial did not demonstrate a mortality benefit. Its result and linked correction belong in any account of that indication.

This is not a determination that every indication is ineffective or that all jurisdictions share an approval status. Each claim needs its own study and product context.

  • Evidence context; separate from reported-use tags

A retrospective, uncontrolled knee-pain report included BPC-157 alone or with TB4 and relied on self-reported pain. It does not show tissue regeneration, test synergy in a randomized design, or establish superiority of a standardized Wolverine product.

TB4 identity in a study cannot be assumed to match a TB-500 label. A named combination is not a universal formulation or validated recovery schedule.
