Source errors, corrections and retractions

Scientific integrity includes changing the conclusion when the source changes.

Editorial draft; scientific and translation review pending.

What the audit found

The supplied books contain identity mismatches, contradictory schedules and apparent unit errors. The critical ipamorelin, TB4 and PNC-27 numerical examples were visually checked against their PDF pages. They remain quarantined rather than being converted into plausible treatment instructions. Corrections should identify the affected claim and edition.

What retraction changes

A key Dihexa mechanism paper was retracted in 2025. A dependent claim must be reassessed and the paper removed as affirmative support. Retraction is not proof that every possible claim about the molecule is false. The correction trail should show what changed and which independent references remain.

How readers can help

A useful source correction contains a claim ID, exact source location and a public scientific reference. Do not include a personal medical history or another person’s records. The submission workflow is a proposed editorial feature; this edition does not operate an unmoderated public case feed.
